Make The Door Fab… Even If You Don’t Use It

Many people forget the door – Why? Because a lot of houses have internal access through the garage. It’s not uncommon for a homeowner to live an entire year in a home without using the front door. Therefore it’s an easy one to miss, but catastrophic as your buyer is all but guaranteed to use it.
Within seconds of driving up to a house, buyers make assumptions about it that they spend the rest of the tour confirming. Does the front door look like a football team kicked it open? If so, then buyers are going to be looking for damage everywhere.
Properly prep your front door and porch or deck areas so that buyers can form positive expectations about the rest of the house as soon as they walk through your well-cared-for front door.
